At Concrete Art Studio, we take pride in the quality of our handcrafted pieces. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Return Period

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return an item for a refund or exchange, provided it meets our return conditions outlined below.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following criteria:

• Item must be unused and in the same condition as received
• Item must be in original packaging
• Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) must be provided
• Custom commissioned pieces are generally non-returnable unless there is a defect or error in production

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned:

• Custom commissioned pieces made to your specifications
• Items marked as "Final Sale"
• Items damaged due to misuse or improper care
• Items returned after 14 days of delivery

Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon reception. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@sluzoz.world with:

• Photos of the damaged item and packaging
• Your order number
• Description of the damage or defect

We will assess the situation and work with you to resolve the issue promptly through replacement, repair, or refund.

Return Process

Step 1: Contact Us

Email us at info@sluzoz.world or call +353 43 334 6245 to initiate a return. Please provide your order number and reason for return.

Step 2: Return Authorization

We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number and return shipping instructions.

Step 3: Ship the Item

Carefully package the item in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Step 4: Inspection and Refund

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.

Return Shipping Costs

• Customer's responsibility: If you are returning an item due to change of mind, you are responsible for return shipping costs.
• Our responsibility: If the item is damaged, defective, or we made an error, we will provide a prepaid return label.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style (if available), please contact us to arrange the exchange. Exchange availability is subject to stock.

Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after we process it.

Store Credit

Instead of a refund, you may opt for store credit of equal value plus 10% bonus, which can be used for future purchases.
